Quantum Snake 2 1.0.9: surprise events and new obstacles
1.0.9 is the biggest gameplay update so far, and it's the version going to the App Store.
- Five surprise events: meteor shower, gravity well, orb rush, blackout and reverse wind. Each gives a 3-second warning banner and a countdown, and hazards are seeded so runs stay fair.
- New obstacles: pylons from level 3, prism bars from level 6 and void rifts from level 9, with rare earlier appearances.
- Mines relocate to safe spots on every level change.
- 2D Map Rotation toggle in Options > Camera.
- Snake length on the HUD, with no cap on length. We tested a 1,000-segment snake and it stays smooth.
Quantum Snake 2 1.0.8: Singularity
1.0.8 added Singularity, a prestige system. Collapse your progress to choose lasting perks and unlock the Singularity shop, with a new badge to show your rank.
