1. Overview
This Privacy Policy covers every app and game made by Dylan Parker / QuSpace (“we”, “us”), including Quantum Snake 2, the Quantum Snake browser game, Overhead Flights, and future apps (each an “App”). What data is collected depends on the App: some Apps show ads or offer purchases that involve third-party services, as explained below. Each App’s App Store or Google Play listing also shows its privacy details.
2. Information We Collect Directly
We don’t ask for names, emails or account sign-ups in the Apps. The only information sent to us directly is a bug report you choose to submit (Section 3) or an email you send us. Settings, scores and other app data stay on your device unless an App feature described here sends them elsewhere, or you share them yourself (for example with an in-game share button).
3. Bug Reports (Quantum Snake 2)
Quantum Snake 2 includes an optional REPORT BUG feature. A report is sent only when you tap REPORT BUG and submit it. A report contains:
- Your written description of the problem
- Device model, operating system, app version, screen resolution, GPU, RAM, language, battery level, and network type
- Game mode, difficulty, and level
- The last 50 lines of the game’s log
- A screenshot, only if you tick the box to include one
Reports go to our bug-report server (hosted on Cloudflare Workers). These diagnostics are used only to find and fix bugs. They are not linked to your identity or any account, and are not used for tracking or advertising. If sending fails, the game opens a pre-filled email draft that is sent only if you send it yourself.
4. Advertising
Some Apps show ads. Overhead Flights shows ads through Google AdMob. When ads are shown, Google may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID, your IP address, and usage data (for example ad views and clicks) to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Ads may be personalized, subject to your consent and your device settings. Google handles this data under its own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
- iOS: Apps only track you across other companies’ apps and websites if you allow it in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. If you decline, ads may still be shown but are not personalized using tracking.
- Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Settings › Privacy › Ads (or Settings › Google › Ads, depending on your device).
At the time of this update, Quantum Snake 2 does not show ads. If an App adds ads, this page and its store privacy details will be updated.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, such as Overhead Flights’ “Remove Ads” subscription. Payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google; we never receive your card or payment details. Overhead Flights uses RevenueCat to check and restore purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase information (such as product, transaction and receipt details from the store) and an anonymous app user ID generated by the App, not your name or email. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
6. Leaderboards and App Stores
If you use online leaderboards in Quantum Snake 2, they are provided by Apple Game Center or Google Play Games and handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your account details from those services. The store you downloaded an App from may also collect data under its own privacy policy.
7. Other Third-Party Services
Some Apps rely on third-party services or data to work (for example, flight data in Overhead Flights). If an App asks for a device permission, it is used only for the feature that needs it, and you can turn it off in your device settings.
8. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where an App that may be used by children shows ads, ads will be non-personalized and limited to appropriate content where required by law (such as COPPA) or app store rules.
9. Your Choices
You can control ad tracking with the device settings in Section 4, manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account, and delete an App to remove its data from your device. To ask about data related to a bug report or email you sent us, contact us below.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
